Throughout all phases of the search process, we use the utmost discretion to guarantee the confidentiality sought by clients and potential candidates alike. Information will never be given to a third party without the full consent of the candidate. Spyglass will never forward a candidate’s resume without first going over the specific details of an opportunity in a face-to face meeting. Only with the verbal consent of the candidate at the conclusion of this meeting will we forward any information to our client.
