Our
Interview Process
We have developed
an interview approach at Spyglass that centers on open dialogue and free
discussion. Working in the recruiting field, we can certainly respect
that finding a new job is not the easiest task, so you can expect to find
a very low pressure, congenial atmosphere at our office. Our formal interview
process typically takes anywhere from one to two hours and will include
at least two partners from the firm. We make it a point to get up close
and personal with each candidate so we try to arrange this in a face-to-face
setting if at all possible. Our goal is to get a good understanding of
the candidate's background, strengths, weaknesses, goals, ideal environment,
management style, communication skills, constraints, concerns, motivations,
and general personality characteristics.
