Spyglass Search was established by Joe Pozsgai and Cynthia Strzelecki based on a shared vision of service to others and a desire to operate in a manner not commonly found in larger, more traditional staffing firms. In addition to our over 30 years of recruiting experience we have held accounting, audit and administrative positions in companies ranging from large multi-national corporations to small closely held businesses.
